Julie Weisenberger, the founder of Cocoknits, tells us perfectly how Accessory Roll was born:
“I’ve seen tools and other supplies stored in various types of bags, plastic boxes, and pencil cases. None of them seemed fun or versatile enough. I wanted something that had enough compartments to organize, that could open up so I could see what was inside, but could still travel in my work bag.
I started folding the paper, origami style, until I got a simple and long envelope with a nice triangular structure. Four of these triangular envelopes form a square, and with this nice symmetry it lends itself to being rolled up!
I realized that if I attached each bag to a stand with snaps, I could carry the entire roll with me, or detach and take just what I needed.
As always, I wanted it to be washable and durable, so I made it with paper fabric, which softens the more you wash it.”

• Made of sturdy washable paper

How to use:

• Fill each section with knitting supplies, makeup, jewelry, earbuds, phone chargers – whatever you need to have on hand.

• Grab the whole roll or just tear off a bag or two to toss in your bag and get ready for your day.

Treatment:
Washing softens the material creating a worn-in, leather-like look. To wash, simply remove the elastic, machine wash gently in cold water. Squeeze and scrunch while damp to help with wrinkles and texture. Reshape and air dry.
